Personal Democracy Forum is serving as a rendezvous for politics and technologists. This forum encourages citizen participation for the CHANGE. They share a great information on the current changes and technology trends with their application into the Government Infrastructure. This moment is a opportunity for everyone out there who has an idea to save Tax Dollar in any means and provide a great value to the country. We UNEDOLLAR believe that there are Trillions of dollars which are spent on processes and procedures with in the Govt. Processing for only reason to run in a traditional method. The biggest challenge for the market is to change the existing policies and regulations which can give huge access to leverage citizen talent.
Vivek Kundra has already achieved a great success with the data.gov and the IT Dashboard, which in-turn gave birth to Apps for Democracy an initiative in Washington, DC yielded 47 web, iPhone and Facebook applications from residents in 30 days worth of $2,300,000 in value to the city at a cost of $50,000. This is one of the biggest example one can use to predict how the technology transformation would change the Socio-Political Society.
Here are the videos of the Personal Democracy Forum 2009, worth watching for all those who want to bring in the change. Vivek Kundra, U.S. Chief Information Officer, unveiled IT Spending Dashboard at Personal Democracy Forum 2009.
